The car was only due for an oil change, but we bring all our cars to Pacific HW Auto and have been happy with their service. I feel that they are honest and don't overcharge. We have been able to use discount coupons to lower the bill for most services we have received. Chad always explains what needs to be done in detail. I have recommended the shop to all of my friends.

I called Pacific Highway Auto Repair and they were very helpful and showed genuine concern. They provided a towing service to transport my vehicle to their shop which made things much less complicated. Pacific Highway Auto Repair got my vehicle running again within a few work hrs and without me asking, noticed I was military and gave me a discount. Thank you Pacific Highway Auto Repair.
