I went there looking for help and found that here at Pacific Hwy Auto repair. He listened to my problem, told me he would give it a once over and fix what's needed. He was up front with everything- which i thought was great. When they were done he explained everything, and I was glad he didn't try selling me something that I didn't need or ask for. Pacific Highway Auto Repair is absolutely amazing! The team was supportive, reliable, and incredibly professional from start to finish. Alex was especially outstanding — he was so helpful, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me navigate a somewhat complex warranty issue for my 2016 BMW 535i. It’s rare to find a shop that makes you feel this taken care of, but they really did. Their communication, honesty, and level of service were all top-notch. Shout out to technician Angel for quickly and expertly getting everything replaced and service manager Alex for moving heaven and earth to get everything delivered and coordinated. Came down from Utah for some vacation and we had no ac. Took it in after trying a recharge and they found a giant hole in the condenser. Once the part was delivered the next morning it was done in like, 2 hours and I was on my way back home with icy cool air driving through the desert for 11 hours. Very happy with quick and responsive service!
