Pacific Highway Auto Repair

Been going there for 5 years. Inexpensive repairs but the quality of service has gone astray in the last two years. They are nice enough, but they won't do a thorough job anymore, multiple services or items to check neglected because it was either forgotten, would be too much labor, or perceived too expensive for me, leading to vehicle breakdowns mere months apart. Examples: Replacing only 3 of 4 coils, not flushing brake fluid, not wanting to take apart a dashboard to diagnose a heater issue that caused two breakdowns in one week. I gave up, and have sold my specialty vehicle that I loved. They were the only certified mechanics for my specialty vehicle in the entire county, so I tolerated the apologies and spending my very limited time to take it back for a while, even being forced to spend money on car rentals and Lyfts for services half done. It's been too much. I will no longer be a customer there.

Giving 5 stars for exceptional customer service. From being greeted at the door and given a (correct) diagnosis of my problem via sound alone, to the speedy labor and consistent communication, this place didn’t disappoint. Although it was more on the expensive side, their diagnostic came with a pdf that outlined every aspect of their 50+ point inspection with statistics and recommendations based on real data. That’s something I’ve never received before, and it’s greatly appreciated. The manager is honest, straightforward, and eager to share knowledge about proper maintenance. Would recommend!

Great service, quick and easy, with great communication. A bit pricey but for quality work you know is going to last. Mechanics were very knowledgeable and gave me confidence that the job was well within their area of expertise. Very pleased with the service and will look to use them again for all my BMW needs!

I've been here with my 2008 BMW 328i in 2021 to replace my transmission with a refurbished GMC transmission and left completely happy. More recently in December 2025, service indicators came on, I came back to Pacific Highway Auto Repair hoping for the same quality service as before; they did not disappoint. I Highly recommend this shop and will continue to come here for my automotive service needs.
