Hi Thomas, I’m sorry you feel that your repair estimate was too expensive. When you came in for your appointment you asked us to replace your water pump. We suggested performing a diagnostic to see exactly what was leaking coolant on your vehicle. It’s a good thing we did that because it turned out to be the radiator that was leaking. Otherwise you would have spent a lot of money replacing a water pump that wasn’t leaking. Looks like you looked up the part on a budget website and googled what labor times are for your vehicle. We have a 3 year Nationwide warranty on the work we perform and we are here to stand behind that so that factors into the pricing. We gave you a fair estimate to repair the issue before replacing the radiator and you decided not to repair your vehicle. Thanks for your business and we hope to see you again. Thank you.
