Pacific Highway Auto Repair
I hate to write this review considering that George who works the front desk seems like a good person. I took my car here to get a ect sensor replaced when replacing the sensor they found my axle was bent so I took the car back from them and brought it back about a week later to replace axle car was driving fine except the fact of a slight pull to the right. Since they worked with me on the sensor I figured I’d return as a a customer to get my axle replaced and ac replaced despite the pricing being quite high I returned for my car and immediately after driving for about 15 to 20 minutes I realized there was issues with my clutch and a noise from the new axle although they were already closed took my car here the next day and all of a sudden my clutch is slipping and they had nothing to do with it.no clutch issues prior only 6month old clutch so I had a hard time believing that the axle had nothing do with it considering there was not even 10000 miles on the clutch I called 3 to 4 days in a row just for them to tell me the same story over and over. After telling me there was nothing they could do except work with me on a new clutch job and blaming other things that weren’t really relevant to the issue like bent wheels and ect i finally went to pick my car up and after leaving I couldn’t make it 10 minutes down the road without car struggling to accelerate had to call a tow truck, I just started the car up and now the code for the sensor they replaced has returned so I have now spent almost 5000 dollars for my car that was working okay before hand and now it’s gonna cost me about another 3000 dollars in order to fix the clutch and sensor and all they had to say was I feel bad for you. George is awesome but I feel like the rest of his shop isn’t on the same page as him I’d rethink using this shop unless it’s for minor jobs
