Earlier this year, I came in because of a noise I couldn’t decipher on my Focus. They wound up telling me it was my entire rack and pinion assembly and that it was going to be some insane two-thousand dollar job… when it was just a simple fix that another shop took care of for free. To add insult to injury, I was charged almost $100 for what I assume was a measly two minute inspection that was done with no real intention to actually address what was wrong. Do better.

Quickly and efficiently fixed my car and its issues within a day for a good price. Everyone who works here is friendly and very helpful. Jorge, especially, is the best!

There was an accident with our car and with everyone in town not wanting to work on it, pacific highway auto really went above and beyond. They ensured that our car would get fixed and that it would get our family back home safe since we were from out of town. They were willing to work with us in any way that would help us out and they really went out of their way to get any parts needed. Highly recommend them and I’m glad I was able to do business with them.
