I Love Pacific Highway Auto Repair. I can't use enough words to describe how important it is for Me to have This Shop in My corner. I'm currently rebuilding My 2nd Land Rover & I honestly couldn't have done it without this Crew as My backup. Keeping My vehicles up & Running is vital to Me with 5 Kids & a 100yr old Grandmother. (Thanks Jose) On the management side, Clint is a Professional of the highest caliber. His attention to detail, courtesy and ability to answer any question is by far why I'll never deal with any other shop again.

The diagnostics report they shared after inspecting my vehicle was really helpful and made clear exactly which repairs were needed and made it easy to prioritize. Have only used once for transmission fluid drain and refill. Car was not running smoothly but after recommended service seems to be running well. Very honest about pointing out a minor scrape caused by their personnel which they are going to pay for body repair.

I had purchased an oil change voucher at a charity silent auction. With no questions asked, I received upgraded oil and a filter with several other perks. The staff was polite and the job done quickly. I highly recommend Pacific Auto.
