Always courteous and timely with reasonable charges explained prior to service Clinton has been great to work with for both of our family cars over the years. MS

I had purchased an oil change voucher at a charity silent auction. With no questions asked, I received upgraded oil and a filter with several other perks. The staff was polite and the job done quickly. I highly recommend Pacific Auto.

Really helped me out in a bind, and saved me about $600 over what another shop said I needed. Very professional, good job and will definitely use for future work.

What an awesome place. I got a next day appointment online, dropped my car and keys off, got a great quote, and then an even better price when I came back the next day to get it. Awesome people, Clinton is so helpful and informative and the car is perfect for a great deal. Thank you Pacific Coastal!

Always good service and fair pricing from what I can tell. Had an installed part fail that was still in warranty and they fixed it at no extra cost to me.

This is my first time going to this auto mechanic store to get my front brakes rotors and sensors on my BMW Z4 2022 They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them. This is now my to go mechanic from now on.

We had a car break down and was towed to Pacific Auto Repair. They were very helpful, gave a thorough description of the problem that we had (unfortunately a cylinder was broken and the cost to repair this was deemed uneconomical). The repair center was kind and patient while we decided our options and waited over a week for us to arrange a salvage company to take the car. Thank you so much for your help!
