Clinton and Ramon were super helpful and accommodating when I took my car in for an oil change and general maintenance inspection. The work done on my vehicles were prompt and completely resolved all issues. Convenient for me since I work across the street and the prices were more than fair. Neighborhood customer service with excellent automotive repair. We've been taking our cars to PH for years. From European cars to our Highlander, they communicate the work and service needed, get approval and you're never surprised. Very fair quotes and so easy to work with. I recommend Pacific Highway with trust and enthusiasm.

Very disappointed with the service and price went in with a 1,200 dollar estimate and 7 to 8 weeks later left with a whopping $5,200 dollar bill. I will definitely never return and I will warn anyone I know to stay away from the shop
