I went in for a pre-purchase inspection for a used prius I was considering buying. Even though I was willing to pay for the full inspection, the two mechanics who inspected my car both agreed that it wasn't well maintained and it also had lots of bodywork done to it, even though the CARMAX didn't show any accidents. They advised me not to buy the car, and also said they didn't feel right charging me for the inspection since they already knew halfway through that it wasn't good for me and let me know right away. I had a wonderful experience here

Took vehicle in for oil change and multi-point inspection; for a 13-year old vehicle I expected them to give a ridiculous damage report on something that was worn or had the ''potential'' of failing. NOT THE CASE, they stated the vehicle was in excellent condition and there were no issues. VERY HONEST SHOP!

My initial dealings with PH Auto Repair have been very positive. Bryan ensured that I understood what work needed to be done and why. The work was completed on time and at the anticipated cost. The guarantee on the work done gives me confidence that they stand behind their work.

I was happy with the service, my Jeep is running much better now. I do have an issue with the rental company you recommended; while I did get a cheaper rate with them, their customer service is terrible. I was in an accident the day I got the rental, the accident was not my fault (I was rear-ended at a stoplight). I called the rental company immediately and followed their instructions. I just received an email from them stating that it was up to me to file a claim with the other driver (a tourist who has already left the country). I am having a hard time with the rental company she rented from and Midway refuses to help in any way. They just keep telling me that if I can not get Avis to pay, I will have to. Obviously, I will never do business or recommend Midway, and I just want you to know that they are not very helpful.
