I was referred to Pacific Highway Auto Repair by a family member. Everything i was told about their service was exactly what I experienced! The technicians are very friendly knowledgeable and honest , they were very attentive to my concerns/questions and were able to answer all of them. Before any work was done I received a detailed description with photos of the issues that needed to be addressed from least to greatest which was one of the things I was most appreciative of, I was able to see the issues and decide what worked best for me and was able to discuss it with the technician. Staff is awesome, and their online car report and payment system is a piece of cake to use. I double checked their prices on a different source and they seemed spot on for the repairs I needed and our region. Would highly recommend.
