Pacific Highway Auto Repair

I was happy with the service, my Jeep is running much better now. I do have an issue with the rental company you recommended; while I did get a cheaper rate with them, their customer service is terrible. I was in an accident the day I got the rental, the accident was not my fault (I was rear-ended at a stoplight). I called the rental company immediately and followed their instructions. I just received an email from them stating that it was up to me to file a claim with the other driver (a tourist who has already left the country). I am having a hard time with the rental company she rented from and Midway refuses to help in any way. They just keep telling me that if I can not get Avis to pay, I will have to. Obviously, I will never do business or recommend Midway, and I just want you to know that they are not very helpful.

These guys are really helpful and definitely go the extra mile. They will give you a ride home after you drop your vehicle off and come get you (if necessary) when it's time to pick it up. It takes the worry about logistics away - and the fact that the former owners trusted them enough to entrust their customers to them means a lot.
