5 Star service! Nicole was very communicative, honest, and offered very detailed and insightful information on the status of my car throughout the entire day. I called to schedule a service for a knocking sound and a hollow rattle I was hearing, and she got me in the next day at 8. I dropped the car off, went to work, and the Pacific Highway team made SURE my car was complete by the end of the day, even after discovering an additional problem related to the hollow rattle after the car was reassembled, calling around to find a part that could be delivered THAT DAY and at a reasonable price. I was VERY impressed with their service and communication. I will be back!
