I've counted on Jeff and the guys for 16 years. I am always happy to refer my friends to Pacific Highway Auto Repair!

The car had been in an accident and Pacific HW did the necessary repairs, replacing the radiator, condenser shaft, and all that needed t be done in a couple of days. Having four old cars, makes us great customers, but I believe they are very honest and always give us a detailed description of what needs to be done and the cost, before they start working on the car. Chad also points out things that don't need to be done right away, but in the near future, which is helpful in budgeting for more pricey repairs. I also am able to use coupons to reduce the total cost, whenever possible. I highly recommend the shop to all of my friends.

As usual, my most recent visit to your shop resulted in complete satisfaction with the repair of the AC in my very senior vehicle.

Chad and Nicole have created a very warm and pleasant environment for a car repair experience. They are extremely professional in the both the care of the car and of the customer. The hospitality is great as well, with comfortable chairs, snacks, coffee, soda and water to enjoy while you wait.
