My engine was making sounds that were very concerning. There was a possibility I may have to replace it according to another garage I took it to. I wanted a second opinion from someone who works on BMW’s. Thank god I did because they replaced some pulleys, a belt and tensioner arm and now the engine is smoother than ever and quieter than it’s been since I’ve owned the vehicle. The best part is, once diagnosed, they fixed the car same day! I’ll be coming back for all my BMW maintenance needs for sure. Kudos to Pacific Auto Repair and Clinton for helping me out!

Absolutely love these folks - honest reliable

I initially just needed my brake pads replaced, but these gentlemen were extremely helpful and kind and considerate with everything regarding my car and at such a more reasonable price than the dealerships I’d recently visited. They even drove me to a coffee shop nearby so I could work remotely while they worked on my car. It was quoted out within an hour of dropping it off, and labor was completed within 4-5 hours. I will be coming back for help with other parts of my car, but so grateful I actually did the research and found this diamond in the rough!! Thank you Clinton and Ramon!
