I went to multiple auto repair shops, and left completely frustrated with their customer service and lack of caring for my needs. While driving home I stumbled upon pacific highway auto repair, instantly they greeted me and offered me coffee while they discussed what I needed to get done. In under 20 minutes they had diagnosed my car and provided me a competitive quote. They gave me a ride home from the shop, and picked me up! I was astonished by the level of customer service I received, it made the whole process and stress feel like a day at the spa. I will definitely return if I ever require their service again! Very easy to make an appointment. When I arrived, they were ready for me and started work on the car immediately. Their office, although cramped, is clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've already referred two friends, and will return for any maintenance.
