The customer service was exceptional and the cost of the work very doable.

It was a very expensive repair (over $2,000) but I think I still got a bargain compare to going to a dealership. They also gave me a $50 discount.

You guys to great, conscientious work.

For New Years they sent me a $50 credit (that I used this week for an oil change) for being a regular customer. Never had that happen before.

This group is always responsive to my X-5's needs. The work is done correctly, neatly and on time. I never get a sense that unnecessary work is being done to run up the bill. Bottom line- I like and trust these guys.

Simply great prices and service!

I saw the great reviews on this place and really needed a smog check. I work nearby and contacted them, explaining I would need to leave work early to get to the appointment so I needed their latest time available. The receptionist set my appointment for 4pm which I was ecstatic about. I arrived 5 minutes early and am told the smog technician has left for the day and was in a rush to get things done. I took time off work to go to this appointment and had zero contact and barely any apology. I ended up having to take my business elsewhere and cancel other plans to get this done in a timely manner. I certainly understand if I had been a walk in but I wasn’t, I made sure I had an appointment. Definitely will not be attempting to use their services again.
